Whether it's your customer service resources, help desk, membership, event registration, distributor lead tracking or community forums, your organization has the ability to be open 24 hours every day.
The second benefit of this release is a focus on deeper mobile integration. We all know how our teams are constantly on the move today, and Dynamics CRM 2016 has come through with improved online support. CRM Online users can now tap into the full offline experience - with the ability to create, change and delete records. The mobile app provides a seamless user experience when switching between online and offline modes. In addition, you gain the ability to view documents from SharePoint or OneDrive in context with the CRM record on your mobile device. Users can also easily navigate a record, or view a dashboard within the CRM mobile app.
