Step 1 - Set Up An Account - My Account provides you access to InfoGrow Tools and handles your credit card billings for the reports generated.
You will always authorize any changes before they occur. Your credit card will be billed prior to geocoding or report/map generation.
Step 2 - Select A Tool – Each tool provides you the ability to upload and maintain site locations and prospect/customer records. These files may be saved for future use with any tool. Once a file has been geocoded it is not necessary to re-geocode the file again.
InfoGrow Tools provides a simple user interface that permits you to:
- Upload Your Locations – A simple process for browsing your desktop for an Excel file of locations, organized by a row for each, containing location ID, name, address, city, state/province, and zip/postal code
- Yes, Tools will work anywhere in North America.
- Yes, you may name and save an uploaded file for future use in other analyses.

Maintenance – Geocode data automatically and, if necessary, reposition your locations
- Yes, Tools can help with geocoding your locations by providing a street map on
which you can move a location to where you wish it to be located.
3. Merge Files – Saved files may be merged together for studies
- Yes, a file can be deleted at any time.
Step 3 - Select A Report/Map – Running a report or map provides the ability to cross-reference locations to prospect/customer records. A series of options are provided to control the study and output. Prior to running the report/map an investment summary will be provided for your approval. All output is emailed to the account holder. Processing time will vary based on the number of sites and customers/prospects records used, but you should receive the output (report/maps) within under an hour for most small and medium size files and within 24 hours for larger files.
